He established a few soleras of Sherry at the end of the 19th century which he cared for personally with devotion. His nephews, \u201csobrinos\u201d in Spanish, took over the business after Antonio retired and decided to continue his legacy starting to act as almacenistas.<\/p>\n<p>In the 1960`s they moved the most special soleras to a very unique location, the Castle of San Marcos, in the town of El Puerto de Santa Mar\u00eda.
