  • Provide the service requested by the User: Processing User registration on the Website in order to provide the services that are offered.
  • Sale: Managing the sale process for the products or services selected by the User.
  • Browsing data: Data collected by proprietary or third-party cookies that may be generated by this Website, the User having been informed of and accepting them.
  • Commercial communications: For Users who voluntarily accept this option, promotions, advertising, offers, news, invitations to events and any type of commercial information from the Owner may be sent.

3. Legitimation and conservation

Legal bases for processing: Consent granted by Users providing their data voluntarily and accepting the Privacy Policy.
If the data required for these purposes is not provided, it will not be possible to provide the services. The data will be kept as long as the relationship is maintained and its deletion is not requested and in any case pursuant to the legal limitation periods that may apply.

5. Rights of the data subject

Users may exercise their rights to access, modification, deletion, portability and limitation or opposition by sending a signed request by post with the subject “Data Protection”, to the address: C/ San Francisco 32. 11500. El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, clearly indicating the contact information and sending a copy of their identity document or by sending a request by email with the subject “Exercise of Rights” to protecciondatos@caballero.es, from the same email account that was provided. Users have the right to withdraw the consent given and have the right to complain to the Control Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency www.aepd.es).

6. Free text fields

The free text fields available to the User that may appear in the forms on the Website are for the sole and exclusive purpose of collecting information to improve the quality of the Services.
In the spaces that the Website may offer as “free text fields”, no personal data that can be classified as requiring a special level of protection must be entered, such data as, for example and not limited to, data related to economic/financial situation, psychological profiles, ideology, religion, beliefs, union affiliation, health, racial origin and/or sexual life.

8. Access to and modification of personal data

The User undertakes to provide certain information in relation to his/her personal data and to maintain the data provided to the Owner updated at all times. The user is responsible for the veracity of the data provided, and the account holder reserves the right to exclude any user from the services who provides false data, notwithstanding other actions provided for by Law. The data provided by the User is presumed correct. Therefore, if the User has provided erroneous data, the Owner declines any responsibility if delivery is not made or is made incorrectly as well as incorrect fulfilment of the necessary administrative procedures.

9. Personal data communication

In relation to the management of the services, the User’s data may be processed by companies that provide the Owner with various services, including delivery, messaging, accounting, consulting, computer maintenance or any other that due to its status as Data Processor it is indispensable or unavoidable to access or process this data. This processing is not considered a transfer of data in any case.
The Owner will not transfer Users’ data to third parties in any case.

10. Confidentiality

In addition, information of any kind that the parties exchange with each other, that which they agree to have such a nature, or that which is simply seen on the content of the information also has the status of confidential. Viewing data through the internet does not imply direct access to it, except with the express consent of the owner on each occasion.

11. Photographs

Pursuant to the provisions of the current Personal Data Protection regulations, the photographs in which people appear are considered personal data. With this communication, it is advised that photographs of people who have voluntarily agreed to do so may appear on this Website for promotional purposes. If any person who appears in them wishes that a photograph not be shown, please contact the Owner and it will be removed as soon as possible. It is not valid for people who have provided a professional service.
