  • 3cl Pedro Ximénez San Emilio
  • 3cl Rye Whiskey
  • 5cl dark beer
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 2 dashes of Bittermens Burlesque bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add 4 ice cubes.

Stir to properly chill and dilute cocktail and double strain into a coupe glass.
